Alchemy of Sound: A Full Moon Portal of Energy, Expansion & Transformation

Last night, under the glowing Full Moon in Virgo and the powerful energy of the eclipse, something truly profound unfolded. As I played, a wave of complete stillness swept over me—my body felt numb, but my soul expanded beyond anything I’d ever known.

My ears rang and equalised to a frequency so intense, it felt as though I could lift off into space. I didn’t want to stop. The sounds, the frequencies, the bowls—they all merged into a symphony of energy. I entered a flow state that activated something far beyond the physical.

Then came the moment that changed everything. I heard a clear, calm voice whisper:

“Spirit has entered the room.”

The candles all flickered in perfect unison—something they'd never done before. The energy shifted instantly. The room felt charged, elevated, alive. It was as if a portal had opened… and we were all invited through.

When Spirit Steps In

That message—Spirit has entered the room—meant we’d reached a frequency where the veil thins. Where divine presence, guides, ancestors, and higher consciousness can gently show themselves.

Spirit speaks through signs, shifts in air, subtle messages, flickering flames. And at that moment, I felt like a bridge between worlds—channelling something far greater through sound.

Do Energies Speak to One Another?

Yes, they do. That’s why I always ask my clients what they see, feel, and hear. I want to know: Did the energy I channel resonate with what they needed?

And their responses always remind me: Yes, energy speaks.

✨ “I felt transported.”

✨ “I saw a tree with massive trunks and glowing green leaves.”

✨ “My third eye felt like it was exploding.”

✨ “It felt like I was being given a warm hug.”

Each response is proof that energy is not passive—it responds, it connects, it communicates.

The Science of Vibration & Energy

Energy is the essence of everything. Every atom, every cell, every emotion carries a frequency. Sound healing works by guiding the body back into balance through vibration.

We’ve all felt it—certain songs lift us, while others bring tears. That’s energy in motion.

One of my favourite facts: Roses vibrate at 528 Hz, the same frequency linked to love, healing, and DNA repair. It's no wonder they symbolise love—they literally carry it.

If Energy Had a Form…

Scientifically, energy might look like the aurora borealis—a pulsing field of light and motion. Spiritually, it appears as glowing colours, warm sensations, goosebumps, or intuitive “knowings.”

For me, energy flows through music. It becomes sound, then sensation, then clarity. In sound healing, energy often feels like a soft embrace—or a door to somewhere far beyond this realm.

Faith, Science & the Mystery In-Between

I grew up Orthodox, with a deep faith in God, Mary, and Jesus. I’m not the most traditional, but I know this for sure:

We are not the biggest things here.

Science doesn’t have all the answers, and spirituality is still unfolding. But when they meet—when faith and frequency align—the universe reveals its magic.

Intuitive Sound Healing

Every session I offer is intuitively guided. I don’t just “choose” themes—I read the room, connect with Spirit, and allow the energy to lead. I perform only when I’m at my highest vibration, so that what I offer is pure, intentional, and from the heart.

Sound is my language. Through it, I receive messages, access higher realms, and create space for transformation and healing.

Acceptance is Key

One client told me, “What you do is like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.” And that’s exactly why I call my work Signature. It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, intuitive, and unapologetically me.

I no longer seek permission to show up fully. My sound alchemy is an expression of my truth, and I share it with love.
